Place monitor against wrist or arm

with wristband hanging over arm.

Bring end of wristband around back

of arm and insert it through the

buckle from the back, pulling it all

the way through. Fold and pull end

of wristband back over itself, adjust-

ing to the desired tension, and se-

cure against the Velcro strips.
